Autumnview II is nestled in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located a short walking distance from many amenities in Brandon, SD, not to mention, a short 10 minute drive to Sioux Falls proper. 

Each apartment in this limited access No Smoking, No Pet complex is one (1) bedroom and one (1) bath.  Over the past years and going forward, we are updating and replacing many things such as appliances, flooring, and paint as tenants vacate., as having maintained units is important to us. 

Stepping through the door of the apartment you are pleasantly surprised by the accessible floor plan and the ridiculously large walk-in closet/storage. Please view the walk-thru tours below.

Tenants of Autumnview II do not need to worry about lawn care (or snow removal), water, sewer or garbage expenses. Tenants are responsible for electricity, cable, and phone. 

There is ample off-street parking for tenants and their guests.

Please note: Incomplete applications will not be processed or responded to. Please fill in each space appropriately. First come first serve.

APPOINTMENTS

Because we do not have an office on site, our STAFF will do all we can to make convenient appointments with you to tour the property. We also offer the opportunity to see photos and information, as well as print an application, here on our website. Please keep in mind that as we do our best to be at the property for your appointment (and contact you if we are delayed or must cancel), we would expect the same courtesy from our tenants and applicants.


IF YOU CANNOT MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE NOTIFY THE STAFF PERSON YOU SPOKE WITH AT LEAST 1 HOUR PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL.


Please understand if we are not notified of a change or cancellation, we may opt not to re-schedule. Your time is valuable and so is ours. Thank you for your cooperation.


STAFF HOURS: Management 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays (no weekends, holidays or other) 

                               Site Staff: Calls addressed until 8 p.m.

                               Maintenance: Regular maintenance calls until 8 p.m. 

                                                         ONLY EMERGENCIES BETWEEN 8PM AND 8 AM
