Autumnview I (Section 8 HUD Income Based Housing) is conveniently located 7 miles northeast of Sioux Falls in Brandon. Situated just over a block off of Splitrock Boulevard, Autumnview I is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Convenient ample off-street parking welcomes you and your guests. Qualified applicants need not worry about lawn care (or snow removal), water, sewer or garbage. Tenants are responsible for electric, cable and phone. Each well cared for apartment is one (1) bedroom and one (1) bath. The jaw-dropping walk-in closet is a pleasant surprise. The kitchen comes with newer appliances and a view into the spacious Dining/Living Room. An added convenience for residents is an open community room with a full working kitchen and on-site coin operated laundry. Secure outside doors are also provided as an extra source of comfort for this Smoke Free Campus, No Pet complex. If this sounds like the place for you, please read the "Application and Occupancy Criteria" knowing that you must income and otherwise qualify to rent an Income Based HUD Housing Section 8 apartment. A printable application is available below. Mail completed application to address at the top of application. Applications will be processed first come first serve. Please note: incomplete applications will not be processed. Please make sure all spaces are filled appropriately. 




What happens when I apply?

Applicants must income and otherwise qualify  to rent an Income Based HUD Housing Section 8 apartment.  Applications are processed in the order received. Background screening includes: Criminal, Civil, Landlord, and Financial checks.  Applications that do not meet qualifications will be notified by mail. Qualified applications will be called to continue with the leasing process. Rent is determined by calculating Income, Assets and any eligible Deductions.

APPOINTMENTS

Because we do not have an office on site, our STAFF will do all we can to make convenient appointments with you to tour the property. We also offer the opportunity to see photos and information, as well as print an application, here on our website. Please keep in mind that as we do our best to be at the property for your appointment (and contact you if we are delayed or must cancel), we would expect the same courtesy from our tenants and applicants.


IF YOU CANNOT MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE NOTIFY THE STAFF PERSON YOU SPOKE WITH AT LEAST 1 HOUR PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL.


Please understand if we are not notified of a change or cancellation, we may opt not to re-schedule. Your time is valuable and so is ours. Thank you for your cooperation.


STAFF HOURS: Management 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays (no weekends, holidays or other) 

                               Site Staff: Calls addressed until 8 p.m.

                               Maintenance: Regular maintenance calls until 8 p.m. 

                                                         ONLY EMERGENCIES BETWEEN 8PM AND 8 AM
