PROCESSING PROCEDURE AND RESPONSIBILITY OF APPLICANT

Availability/Occupancy:  


Processing: If unit is ready for immediate occupancy

  • 1) Applications are processed in the order they are received, by being forwarded to our Tenant Screening Company. This generally takes less than 48 hours*
  • 2) If an applicant is denied for cause, a formal letter outlining cause and options is mailed to them
  • 3) If the applicant is approved, contact is made with an immediate request for applicable information and forms to be signed in order to determine income/rent amounts. THIS NEEDS TO BE COMPLETE WITH 7 DAYS OF APPROVAL.
  • 4) Once management receives and confirms relevant information provided by the applicant, the information is compiled, calculated and rent/deposit amounts determined and relayed to the applicant. An appointment made for lease/paperwork signing/rent and deposit collection, and transferring occupancy to the applicant/tenant. THIS MUST BE COMPLETE WITHIN 7 DAYS.
  • 5) TOTAL TIME FROM ACCEPTANCE TO LEASING SHALL BE NO MORE THAN 14 DAYS**

Processing for future opening, notice given:

  • 1) Applications and correspondence will be handled the same, however occupancy may be delayed to no less than 30 days.***

Autumnview II/Market Rent

  • Processing: If unit is ready for immediate occupancy
  • 1)  Applications are processed in the order they are received, by being forwarded to our Tenant Screening Company. This generally takes less than 48 hours*
  • 2) Once approved, rent and occupancy begins immediately. An immediate appointment for lease up/rent collection/ transfer to tenant shall happen in no more than 24 hours.

Future opening as above.***

***30 day notice to vacancy, depending on condition of unit and rehab required if applicable


PLEASE NOTE APPLICATIONS ON WAITLIST WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL A UNIT IS AVAILABLE AND APPLICANT ACCEPTS TERMS OF USE ABOVE.

APPLICATIONS MUST BE RENEWED EVERY 90 DAYS TO STAY ACTIVE
